I absolutely love the classes and instructors at La Mesa Cor Power. I would however like better merchandise. There have been several sales and even my birthday discount and there has been literally nothing to buy!! Bring back Beyond yoga tights, all Viouri merchandise!

Visited this studio while I was in town for work and the instructors were incredibly accommodating! Camille was awesome and really pushed the class to challenge themselves. I haven't had a workout that good in a long time and will definitely be back if I'm ever in town again!
Love the instructors. The vibe changes ever so slightly to keep it interesting without too much volatility. Who wants volatility in yoga, LOL? Music can be upbeat, with both Kiras to mellow on a melancholy, dreary Wednesday afternoon, recently with Leah. Sculpt has been great with Vanessa, Eliya, and Rachel. And the always comical Eleanor. + Love Alexandria when I can take later classes.

The instructor, Helen is great. Yoga is new to me and she's made the experience enjoyable while at the same time challenging.

I have been here and other CP studios before but the community class was really nice and I really liked the teacher Ronan. Even with such a large class size he did a great job.
The variety of classes offered throughout the day. The instructors are all great! Only improvement could be increased heat in C2 classes please.
Scarlett is an amazing instructor! Her class is challenging, energetic and fun. I know I’m going to have a solid workout whenever I sign up for her class!
I love the teachers and the class formats.
I love the triangle (and CorePower). But one bit of advice — there are times (probably too many times) that I walk into the room, and the smell is so bad from the sweat on the floor from the previous class or classes. I would just highly recommend to find the right cleaners, or the proper training for the people cleaning the floors after the classes. My guess is that a lot of times it’s done too swiftly. I love core power (that’s why I give it a 10, but also why I’m being honest), and I do not want to see it go downhill because of things like this. If it were me, I would step back and assess the entire process, so that this is not just a one off temporary fix.

Really good class. I got the one week trial, which is perfect for me since I am only in town for a week. But I will come back and do classes when I can at the daily rate. Good teachers, nice facility, nice routines and music.
