I cannot say enough good things about CPY Mockingbird! Everyone there is so friendly and classes are always packed and full of energy. It’s the kind of studio where the instructors care about and genuinely want to see everyone succeed, and I love how they remember everyone by name and check you into class before you’ve barely walked in the door! The studios are spacious, bright (floor to ceiling windows), and always clean, and there are full locker rooms. Tons of free parking and a great selection of merchandise. I’m always excited to go to class at CPY Mockingbird!
Focused on health
I love the candlelight classes. Facilities are super clean. I wish there was an option for open hot studio time where I could sit and meditate.
The instructors are so professional and very patient.
The teachers keep the practices varied and moving fast and there’s a really personal approach to the checking process. I love the early classes and having options throughout the day and have just really enjoyed making this a meaningful part of my workout routine.

I enjoy the freedom within my own practice to be able to flow in a vinyasa class with a very well constructed sequence and im also able to be creative with the level of difficulty and I feel great within 60 min of class and experience the meditated state of yoga. It’s great!

I love it! Just please lower the new colorful lights in the studio, especially for people with light sensitivity.
Great atmosphere and team environment! I look forward to each and every practice there and always leaving better than when I came in!
The instructors are so welcoming and if you are new are so helpful in guiding through the poses and the workout.
every class has a fabulous instructor who is so personal and dedicated to each class they teach.
Instructors are amazing. Classes are great.
The only issue is that the men's changing room smells really bad. It is just dirty, and I cannot feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. The carpet is always wet or stained, or with someone's sweat... And the room smells like dirty socks or sports feet.

I had the best time taking Sabrina S’ class. The heat in the room was perfect and the class was challenging. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends.
Instructors are delightful , accepting of all levels in the class, pretty consistent in content of classes and give great verbal cues.

Always a good time-workout at Broomfield East! Jenaka, the manager, brings consistency to this CPY location. I am a classpass member as my employer pays for it, use to be a CPY member, so appreciate being able to utilize ClassPass for CPY. Miss Maggie has a fire EDM-based Sculpt, my fav!

I love all teachers I have gotten to attend a yoga class with. Very challenging.
I took Lexi’s 9:30 sculpt class. It was next level amazing. She is so intentional and thoughtful. It’s appropriately challenging but so fun. Her playlists are hands down the best. The energy in the room is electric. She has a deeply loyal following and it’s so fun to see everyone week after week. We LOVE LEXI!!
