Debbie was great! It was just what I needed after a day of traveling leading to tight muscles and back. I do work out quite a bit and was still sore in a good way! Thanks Debbie! Also, the studio was nice and clean.
Great experience at CPY - Ken Caryl. The class flowed really well, the instructor (Jen?) was the best at creating a well structured course that I got a lot of benefit from.
