The instructors put a lot of thought into their classes. The studio is beautiful with plenty of lockers, showers, etc.

I attended the 9:30am Sunday HPF class with instructor Sarah. It was a great class; Sarah leads you through the flow of poses while still encouraging you to listen to your body and move as you need to. Great class. Thank you!
Teacher, studio size, heat level, vibe, location
Classes are good to very good, as are teachers. Men's locker room is small. Needs expansion. IMO, the better teachers, set their music playlists and forget it. They dont skip around, change the volume significantly up and down and dead stop songs in the middle, all of which is distracting. Remember its hpf yoga, not a dance club. While a couple of teachers, like Amy Rae, tend to suggest "quiet" so we might get 2 minutes of savasana, most teachers allow an immediate loud conversation among class participants and those waiting to come in. This takes away from one of the best parts of yoga: drifting off into savasana after class. Then there are the teachers that "cant wait" to clear the room, throw on the lights, change and crank the music to their playlist, which is annoying.
Other than the above, CPY Del Mar is great.
I absolutely love the instructors and classes here. I work out almost every day, and I’ve recommended many of my friends and family to join CorePower as well.

April was amazing today. This was my first time at this studio, she was very welcoming and has a very soothing voice. The class was definitely challenging and I wanted to give up so many times but April helped me pull through with gentle motivation

I’m so happy I found my new class and new favorite instructor! Gracie M. made me feel so welcome when I came for my first class! It was a great workout and I left feeling strong and uplifted! She had the best playlist and I will definitely be back for another class!

The studio is really nice. Big and with windows. The location is clean. The coach’s were really good despite i would have preferred they correct people if any posture was wrong.

I like the friendly and helpful instructors, the variety of classes, and the multiple convenient locations. Since I started CorePower Yoga three months ago, the practice has increased my overall flexibility and balance, improved my core and back strength, toned my upper body, and given me cardio endurance. I feel years younger!
