I have been loving yoga sculpt classes with Airreana B! She creates this empowering energy in her classes. Her music is always good! Her classes are challenging but she also focuses on classic strength movements that every body can do. I’ve been feeling so strong!

Great teachers and now with a renewed space soon, it is the best of both worlds this studio will have to offer.
Just one suggestion is that it would be great, if they could offer a few more classes later in the evenings/nights.
I’m loving it! Love the different classes available with different intensity and heat variations. Teachers are great and the facility is always clean and welcoming.

Great yoga workout and tough class, and Lillah is a wonderful teacher who keeps it fun and is always full of encouragement and positive feedback. It get's pretty hot, and you will sweat, but you always feel like you accomplished a lot.
It was a really nice class and I enjoyed the location. The parking situation was a little hairy though... not enough spaces.
Our instructor was amazing. I am almost 8 months pregnant and was able to comfortably get through the C2 but also modify as needed.
Julia is a wonderful instructor! She is in tune with her students, chooses good music and has it at a level that we can enjoy the music while still hearing her instructions. She has a beautiful energy and shares relevant wisdom. She’s my favorite teacher! 🥰

PIA! What a loss… with her leaving. She was hands down the best sculpt and csx coach. Hope she comes back soon.

Check in was super easy and friendly. The instructor was insanely good and encouraging. I loved that she didn't correct or point out if people were off (me!).
Love the CorePower studio in Apple Valley! The facility is always clean and tidy. And the entire staff member team is super friendly and welcoming.
