Everything is quite well organized. The instructors are all competent and passionate about the classes they teach. The pace is moderate enough that I always feel challenged while also being encouraged to move at my own pace/comfort level. I am growing and developing in my practice (relatively new to yoga here) and CorePower is playing an integral role in that process. Above all things, I am Grateful. Special shout out to Kate in the Sunday Community Class!!!

I like the practice and how it is led.
I am finding that C2 and HPF are simply too hot. I have gone to another hot yoga studio and they don’t heat it so hot.
The only C1 class is at 7:00 pm which doesn’t work for me.
Love the South Loop Studio! The best staff! The instructors are the very BEST!

I love it all!! The instructors are so nice and friendly. I never feel judged there, which was a struggle of mine before. Corepower makes me want to get up and work out and it has actually, as corny as it sounds, changed my life.
