I love the range of classes, and thoughtful selection of times, and wonderful teachers. Everyone is friendly, the space is clean and comfortable, and the heat im the room is reliable.
The recent renovation is a nice touch too - those old floors were definitely worn out.
Note - the new shelves installed in the showers are a safety hazard - both their location placement and the sharp edges. Recommend addressing that asap.

The class was very challenging. I liked the push I got from the instructor to do things outside my comfort zone. The heat helps me to sweat and feel cleansed afterwards.

Everything! I’m someone who is overweight and has tried every workout class there is possible. This was my first time trying CorePower and I absolutely loved it. I went to two different classes so far in Medford and both instructors made me few extremely comfortable. Once my week is up I will definitely be getting a membership.

The facilities are super clean and very nice. The classes are well structured and feel very welcoming to someone coming in with literally zero yoga experience. I leave every class feeling both exhausted and full of energy at the same time. So far I've had nothing but a stellar experience!
