It's really hard to answer this having only been there once. I've only taken the barre class and if someone wanted to try that I am pretty likely to reccomend it, but as a place to belong in general I just don't know enough about it, especially because I'm not sure how much it costs. I used a groupon.
It is a perfect mix of a professional but home he environment. Quality instruction and a well equipped studio, with great amenities such as being able to sign up online. Easy and friendly!
everything! great instructors, positive feedback, the other clients, learning to do things the correct way,
Laid back, comfortable atmosphere and excellent value!
Personal attention, caring staff.
The costing structure is a bit confusing. While I like many of the classes some just are not worth the base of $20-30. I often work out before going to class, so maintaining a gym membership with a $150 monthly cost is a bit steep.
Warm welcoming environment. Instructors are caring and pay close attention to ensure everyone is performing exercises safely and correctly.
Afternoon classes on the weekend.
The classes provide excellent workouts!
I like the variety of classes as well as the different times they are offered.
Great staff and nice variety of classes.

My workouts are tailored to my needs even though I am working out with a group.
everything!
I love the supportive staff and the classes are always made to be "ability appropriate." I have never felt intimidated or pressured.
Lower prices. This is an expensive way to work out due to equipment cost, instructor training, and small class size. But, if you could lower the prices for more of a commitment, it would make them more accessible. Or if after reaching a certain skill level, people could use kettlebells unsupervised at a reduced rate.
To get people committed to working out frequently, you could start a loyaly program. Every time a guest comes once a week, they get one point; twice in a week, they get three points, if they come three times, they get six points. If you grant greater rewards for more frequent participation, more people will start to come more often. The points could be redeemed for either free classes or reduced class rates.
Family owned, friendly, knowledgable staff...

The knowledgeable instruction and friendliness of the staff.
Quality instruction, variety and timing of class offerings, nurturing/caring environment, clear dedication to client needs.
Great instructors! They make the classes fun and challenging.
Small classes with great instruction from most instructors.
I can see the full schedule online and see what works for my schedule. The teacher was helpful to me as a newbee but with out embarassing me or making me feel uncomfortable about not knowing.
Very professions and always very attentive to individuals needs!
Variety of classes, great instructors, every class is different and not repetitive. I like that I am always able to get a spot in class. The workouts are great. Location is convenient. Lots of cool toys.

I love that the Maple Lawn location is small, not crowded and the atmosphere is friendly.
