this was my first time taking a class at Coreworks. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I purchased a group of classes on Groupon and Fran was gracious enough to set me up before I came in for the first visit. Everything ran very smooth; there were no mixups or confusion.
I also received a very warm welcome on my first visit.

Your gym was very convenient to where I live and I was able to visit on my way home from work. Your equipment is top-shelf and well maintained.

The owner Fran is fantastic. They are a small business that I feel really care about their clients individual needs.
I had never done reformer before and started for a joint and pain medical issue, so far it has helped immensely and recommend anyone that has muscle or joint problems try reformer, even if you are fit and healthy it's great for stress relief and core strength.
They also offer so many different classes at good times for people that work a lot. Prices
