Personal attention
The expertise of the instructors, especially Doreen. However, I do believe that 12 people in the Mat Challenge class is sufficient. More than that and things are way too crowded. Perhaps adding an additional Mat Challenge class is a good idea.
I think all of the instructors are very prepared, knowledgeable and fun to work with!

Everything is clean, it’s convenient and streamline to sign in, hang your jacket/shoes and go to the restroom if needed. Water fountain is terrific for post workouts. The instructors are always informative with the workouts! Overall, an excellent experience.
