The studio was first rate.. From the appearance, the equipment, the receptionist… It was all very welcoming. The class was great-Sarah did a good job of instructing us what to do. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and only wish I lived closer so that I could do it again! Blessings to you all ~

Everything. From the welcome at the front desk to the top-notch quality of the instructors, cleanliness and comfort of the studio, condition and variety of the equipment (and pursuant diversity of exercises using said equipment). I've taken many Pilates classes; I've had two instructors who are the best of the best, and CoreWorks has now added three more to that private roster for me. What a find! Every time my husband and I take a Recovery class, we say words of gratitude that CoreWorks is in our lives. Thank you & Namaste

Workouts are customized to our needs.
Coreworks is not a cookie cutter business. They know each of their clients and they listen to our needs on a daily basis. Also, every instructor has their own personality and so going to different classes is really beneficial. It never feels old or dull or predictable. Each instructor is so well qualified that no two workouts are ever the same. Itsnideal. And it all happens under one membership price. Their are days I need to be more restful and other days I’m ready to be completely challenged. Coreworks meets all of these needs. They support the radical self care plan I choose. I love that!
