The instructors are terrific and do a great job adapting the classes to different levels of challenge. I also like the ease with which I can schedule classes and the options available.
Although It would be nice to have more class options for reformer and tower classes the classes are always a great workout. I think instructors could work on being a bit more personable as I understand some people can struggle with names.
Love the energy/instructors and style of exercise suits my needs.
I like the online scheduling for classes and that there are early morning classes
Chris, the instructor was very knowledgeable. Throughout the exercises she gave great instructions, explaining the movements and how our bodies should be positioned. She also was very watchful and gave great feedback. I felt really comfortable with her instructions and asking her questions.

My experience at Coreworks was amazing. Donna was incredibly prompt and helpful when I inquired about membership via email. The woman at the front desk during my first class was also very friendly. Fran, the instructor, seemed highly knowledgeable and led the class calmly and professionally throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and clean atmosphere, and I couldn't find any downsides.
