My experience at Coreworks was amazing. Donna was incredibly prompt and helpful when I inquired about membership via email. The woman at the front desk during my first class was also very friendly. Fran, the instructor, seemed highly knowledgeable and led the class calmly and professionally throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and clean atmosphere, and I couldn't find any downsides.
Michelle is very knowledgeable and personable The teacher training is wonderful. I loved the stretch class.

Great friendly effective staff
The instructors & staff are great & always mixing up classes. They are very knowledgeable & personable. I like the variety of styles and to be challenged. The class times are great & fit into my schedule. Scheduling is convenient & easy.
I do wish you offered different class styles at the 11:30 or 12:30 time slot that are for more advanced students. Athletic Pilates & more mixed equipment. A few times beginners come to the 11:30 & it really slows down the flow of class. Overall, Coreworks is the best & has a lot to offer. I’ve been attending classes for 16 yrs & love what I’ve learned & gained from the beginning. Thank you for this great overall wellness community!

I enjoy the variety of classes and , despite being in a group class, there is a feeling that you are treated as an individual by the instructor . Prior to joining Coreworks, more than 15 yrs ago, I rarely exercised as I could not find a gym / venue that I felt comfortable going to. I have truly enjoyed exercising at Coreworks all these years. The instructors are excellent . The classes are fun and my body is so much stronger now. I have also made friends here which is a testament to how comfortable it is to exercise at Coreworks.

Every class is different. Every instructor is patient, kind and really knowledgeable about the body. The facility is immaculate. We have fun as we work out the whole body! Just get here already!
