Well......i didn't get my vents or returns cleaned out because of the way my ducts are configured. To get the job done, the technician would have to cut a hole in my sheet rock and I didn't want to have him do that. He also said my air ducts are inverted and wrapped with insulation, and this would cause the insulation to shred and blow throughout the house.....and I sure didn't want that to happen. This ended up just being an inspection with no cleaning done.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and the Company was very accommodating with my work schedule. The cleaner (Myah) called ahead of time and arrived exactly at the time promised. Myah was very pleasant and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with her work.

The congeniality and professionalism of Caster and Shaun. Explained everything that they would be doing and why. Also made sure the quote was agreeable with me before they began so there would be no surprises at the end. Can't tell you how many services tack on surprise fees at the end that I knew nothing about because they "forgot" to mention them. Being on time is important to me, as well, and Caster and Shaun were right on time. Cleaned everything up at the end. I'll definitely be seeing you again in seven or eight years when it's time to do this again.
