My carpet looks great and I love that no toxic chemicals are used. The only critique I have is the tipping option upon payment. Your employees work very hard and I would hope you compensate them accordingly. If I think your employee has done above and beyond their job then I will gladly tip. Having that as a part of payment seems like you are pressurizing people.

Joel was great. He walked us through what we needed to treat the pet smell that we have, level set expectations on what could happen worse case, treated everything, cleaned, and even got out a stain we didn't expect to come out. Highly recommend Joel!
