Shane was a great tech!! He listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. He was very thorough in explaining the process and the cleaning! Three rooms and 2 couches were done in about 2.5 hours. Carpets and couches look great and bright!! Couches actually look better than I expected. I really do feel like there is less residue/water left and my house doesn’t smell like chemicals. Will definitely use again!

First, you show up when you say you will be there. You call ahead to let us know where you are along the way. If all your employee's are like Gray you have a winning team. Better yet my old carpeting looks great.
Customer service is exceptional. The spot cleaner is better than any product I’ve ever tried. I have three dogs and that spot cleaner gets all stains out if my area rugs.

We have been using zero reds for many years ever since they started to operate.. the gentleman who did our last job was the best. He did a great job on our carpet and our runners and other things in our household that needed to be clean. The company has always done a great job and we would use them every time we need our carpet cleaned.
