Yout company does a very good job cleaning our carpets. we would never use anyone else. I bought the gallon of this product because i am going to give some of it to a friend and also my son. I cut my leg and I got blood on our bathroom carpet. Most of it has come off with the fluid. We are going to use it again ,but it has already faded. Thank you very much. I love the no residue. Otherwise, was fairly comparable to Stanley Steamer. Because of the no residue, I will use Zerorez again. A few spots did not come out, but by using the product the technician left, plus a lot of elbow grease, I got most of them out. The tech was great and really did a fantastic job.
