Speed, accuracy, prices

The young man that cleaned our carpet was/is very nice and did a very good job of cleaning it. He was very thorough and explained anything we asked him regarding the cleaning solution and etc. We were very happy to hear that the solution used was not harmful to our little dog or to us. We will continue using your company and telling our friends about the great job that was done on our sparkling carpet!

Chemical free, no horrible odor afterwards. No stiffness in the fabric from harsh chemicals. The service technician was professional and friendly and did as promised - cleaned and left the upholstery and carpet fresh and new looking. He even got out pet stains, although he didn't think he could! Amazing. Thank you.

We had an awful musty smell in the basement of our new house that we were attributing to some old water damage to the carpet. Zerorez cleaned our carpet in less than an hour and the smell is 100% gone. They were very professional, and very knowledgable about their services. Would highly recommend.
