Our technician, Micah, was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. He did NOT try to add on services that I didn't originally ask for. When I needed one small spot checked, he came back out the next day and resolved the issue. You couldn't ask for better service!!

customer oriented.
The gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were very professional and did a great job. They kept me updated on their expected time of arrival. I had a 12-3 pm window and received a call at 11:30 advising me that due to a large job they would arrive closer to 1:30 pm. They called me again 20 minutes before their arrival at 1:25 pm. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
They were very professional from my initial phone call through the carpet cleaning and did a very good job. No surprises in the price and very affordable. I love that they do not have harmful chemicals and they’re cleaning is more effective than regular steam cleaning since they use high alkaline water etc.
