The product worked well, but the service made it great! Joel was friendly, courteous, and honest. He wasn’t sure I would get the desired results due to age and wear of the carpet, but I wanted to go ahead with it. The carpet looks better than expected, and we are happy with it.

John, the technical who cleaned our carpets, was great. He was professional, polite and a very hard worker. Our carpets look wonderful!!

First of all, John was very professional. I appreciated all of the detail he gave me about the cleaning process. It reinforced my decision not to use a service that used harsh chemicals or detergents. He worked very hard on a couple of very soiled areas in my living room and made them look significantly better! There were no hidden fees and no surprises with the cost of my service - what I booked on line was what it cost. I fully expected there to be additional charges for spot treating but John was thorough in his examination of the carpet and felt it wasn't necessary. I appreciated his honesty for not charging me for something I didn't need. He took care with the hoses to make sure not to damage anything else in the house. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!
