Looks like the carpet is cleaner than when I had it steam cleaned. drying time might have been a little shorter but still took a while and I expected that. Was impressed when tech Castor went over with me what his procedure was. He was thorough and neat in his work. Didn't try to upsell
me to services that I did not want or need like that steam cleaning company. Castor was very professional.

Completely natural products and feels very soft and clean like it has no roughness. With no residue it should stay clean for a long time.!

My carpet not only looks clean, but it's a very pleasant clean smell. There isn't any chemical smell. I like the clean products that are used. I never have to wait days to get an appointment. Justin was friendly and explained everything in detail.
