Ya'll answered the phone right away when I called. The gentleman was polite and informative. When I said I needed cleaning services on short notice he worked with me to get me in once he had a cancellation. The price he quoted was the price that I was charged. The young man who came to the house was efficient and professional. He came on time and was in and out in an hour as promised. The carpets are clean and fresh and they dried quickly. Castor, the young man that cleaned my carpet was early and did an awesome job.
Castor was my technician and did a great job cleaning the carpeting for both bedrooms and the walk-in closets at my apartment complex (it was required upon move-out to get the carpets professionally cleaned and furnish proof).
Carpets looked brand new and the place smelled great after he was finished. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. When the time comes to getting the flooring cleaned at the house, I'll definitely give Zerorez a call and see if I can get Castor out there.
In my opinion, the service and quality meets or exceeds the known national carpet cleaner, with a price that is very competitive. Well worth using them.
