The staff at the concessions were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions regarding some of the food items and happy hour at Silverado. Theater and ladies restroom were clean.

The renovations and additions are nice. Representative at the bowling lanes, wish I had asked her name, was friendly and professional. Food was typical Santikos’s quality which is good. Usually go to the Palladium but was very pleased with Silverado

This is our favorite theater for many reasons. The professionalism and kindness of everyone that works there is commendable.
The restrooms were a little dirtier than normal. Otherwise we are always very happy to be there.

The movie was amazing and we had the room all to our selves lol was kinda cool. The popcorn and soda were great and it was a comfortable temperature.

The whole experience from start to finish is always great. I go often and all of the employees are always very kind and treat me with respect. They make me feel welcome every single time.
