Clean theaters. We go on Tuesdays to the Silverado because of the five dollar Tuesdays. Unfortunately it’s now six dollar Tuesday but still a decent deal. We are retired so we go pretty much every Tuesday.
I also enjoy your rewards program and the ability to purchase tickets through the app.
In addition, the staff are the best!! One gentleman in particular always greets us and knows our order. Wish I knew his name.

You can pre select your seats before you purchase tickets. Seating is extremely comfortable (love the reclining seats) -Theater was very clean & staff friendly

We really only go to The Palladium. On occasion we do see movies at Embassy but we really enjoy the Palladium theater.

It's an absolutely fantastic theater. My favorite one to go to. Great food selection and great movie selection, I love all of the reclining seats but my only complaint is that the IMAX does not have the reclining seats, but I can live with that.
We go every Monday for the military Monday it’s always a great time clean and great deal!!
I love how accessible it is to use the bathrooms. Casa Blanca is by far the WORST set up of all theatres. I hate going to Casa Blanca cos of how far you have to walk to use the restroom, especially if the theater is all the way down the opposite side. It has nothing to do with laziness, it’s about missing the movie cos I’m having to walk 10 miles to use the restroom. Santikos is always a 10/10 in my book. Love that theater. Plus the refillable popcorn is amazing.
As is always the case, our visits to your theatre complex are enjoyable. The staff members are courteous and go out of their way to ensure that patrons know their theatre number. The Grand 18 is our "go to" place for movies. Ken Johnson
