Grand 16 is so much better than the Grand 14. At the Grand 16, they great you with a smile, kindness and helpful. No matter if it is purchasing tickets, getting refreshments or walking to your theater you feel welcome. Grand 16 has been a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. When you walk in or purchasing refreshments, they actually make eye contact with you. They make you feel seen and appreciated for being there. You can easily find a manager if you should need. Great theater and employees.
Now Grand 14, the only reason I would go there is for the chairs. At the Grand 14 you are never acknowledged, they don’t make eye contact with you and not friendly. They don’t even make good movie recommendations. Not a pleasant feeling there. You don’t feel appreciated.
The theater was extremely clean, unlike the local AMC which makes me paranoid about bringing home bugs every time I go. The staff was very friendly. I had no idea about the $6 movie deal until I went, so I will definitely be back!
Employees very curious, all grounds and insides very clean. Wish at front mens bathroom that they would put dividers between urinals due to having children trying to use restroom and the door being right there where people can see in. Would be great if that could happen to give privacy to people using them.

For the wuthering heights premier, my friend local to the lake Mary area suggested we see it at the amstar lake Mary theater. Although we ran in to trouble with them not taking Apple Pay or cash as a form of payment, we had such a grand time at the movie it was amazing. So amazing, I took my partner back the following Tuesday (two days later) to watch the same movie but with $6 tickets, drink, and popcor! I loved that we could serve ourselves our drinks and popcorn.
