I like the Santikos app. We had bought tickets in advance to take my grandchildren to a movie and one of them became very sick and we couldn’t go. The Santikos app allowed me to easily go in and get a refund and rebook for a future showing. I love that flexibility.
It was so easy to find and order the tickets. Then my calendar reminded me of the movie 20 minutes before which made making it on time that much easier. When I got there all I had to do was show the worker at the front my phone with the ticket on there and it was that easy. The concession stand workers were easy to talk to and so kind, and when I didn't have a card just cash they got my information for my phone and completed my purchases. Then all I had to do was watch the movie which was great btw.
The place was very clean, the people were nice, and there was no waiting in line to get into the movie or to buy food/drinks.

The staff was amazing!! Everyone I spoke with was super nice and helpful! I love that the theaters aren't crowded with tight seating. While the chairs are comfy, the mechanism is super loud and one chair can be heard by the entire theater. The chairs also seem to have superficial damage on the head and butt rests.

This is my favorite movie theater. Whenever a new movie comes out that I want to see in person, I first check to see if it is playing in the AmStar/Santikos. Comfortable and snacks are affordable. The facility is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. Fun experience.
The place was clean and inviting. Everyone seemed cordial. The opportunity to experience so many things at one location is awesome!
My sister and I went to see Downton Abbey Grand Finale and from the time we walked in we felt like royalty. We were personally escorted to our seats and our escort even reclined our seats for us. It was wonderful!
The service was great, professional, prompt, and welcoming! We have never encountered any issues when coming to Santikos at Fort Bliss.

The pizza there was amazing!!! The seats were comfortable. The theater was clean and the staff were really courteous. It was great to see an officer posted inside as well.

The movie theater was cool, not like at my last visit at the Mayan. The popcorn was fresh, again, not like the Mayan.
