Santikos Northwest which is the one closest to me, is always clean, good food and service, plenty of parking space, Family friendly environment and of course vary professional staff. Just can't ask for a better place to take my Family.

Only hang up is the worn out upholstery on some the seats in theater 8. Truthfully I’m a little hesitant to sit on them as well as having to annoyingly deal with the little pieces of leather sticking to my clothes after.
I very much appreciate the follow up from the manager at the Alabaster Theater. I look forward to great customer service and continued memories with my family here. The staff is caring and considerate and takes every opportunity to make any situation right.

I like what Mr. Santikos did and how it helps our community and those in need. I like too that the theater is nice - please keep it that way and keep the up keep timely and not wait until everything is broken or run down to repair or replace. Keep it fresh and nice.
More like what I didn't like. For the price all seats should recline. The theater that we were in did not have reclining seats. She told us about it when checking out
