I love the feel and the vibe of the Embassy! I live near the Palladium and while I go there often, there's just something about the Embassy that I enjoy! It can be busy and full, but not "too much"! It feels like a slightly older crowd which I appreciate!

My favorite movies to go to. Friendly staff almost all the time, close to my home, fun entertainment, theater is always very clean.
The food was on point and the man who attended us was amazing. He kindly took us the nachos while movie was playing. The workers where friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place for anyone trying to have a good experience with there family and to be very well attended and a clean environment.

Great theatre
I had a slightly disappointing experience with Casa Blanca last time I was there. I typically take my wife on Military Mondays and accidentally picked a time that didn't qualify for that discount.
However, despite it being my mistake, the assistant manager went above and beyond. He offered 2 complimentary tickets and a mega combo on my next visit.
I can't thank him enough. It's employees like this that make Casa Blanca the best movie theater in San Antonio.
Of course, I will continue to come here and I highly recommend Casa Blanca to anyone looking for a great movie theater.
Even aside from the great customer service, which I've experienced from all staff there, the theater is always clean and well kept. The popcorn is my wife's favorite, along with the hot wings.
Just about everything at Casa Blanca is near perfect, as has remained so throughout the near dozen times I've watched movies there.

Staff crew is respectful and quick. Cleanliness of theater is good. Mezzanine area is tie with Imax experience.
It’s is spacious when you walk in. The guest services are helpful when I need to visit. The bar area is nice and the servers are great. Food is ok, but it’s nice to eat and watch a movie. Overall we keep coming back so we love this place.
Service at the concessions stand is exceptional. The cocession associate is friendly and explained how to redeem my rewards points.
Theater is clean and I had an enjoyable viewing experience. Always a pleasure to enjoy quality family time.
