Quick transaction for purchase of tickets.
There were high winds outside and the power flickered twice, enough to require a reset of the film system. Staff worked quickly and informed patrons of what was going on. System reset and there were no further issues.
The theater is very clean and comfortable. I LOVE the selection of soft drinks and frozen drinks and the popcorn is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entertainment (games and bowling) is superb. I love taking my grandson (8 years old) for a movie, snacks, and games. It truly is a fun day for both of us. By enjoying the fun at Santikos, we are also helping the community, because of the programs Santino's donates to. It's a win win for everyone. Thank you Santikos>

I LOVE their military Monday and Senior Tuesday. I like that movies begin earlier in the day...and the cleanliness of the theaters. I only wish that customers would take care of their trash and not leave it in the theaters for employees to collect; that's on the customers, not Santikos as there are PLENTY of garbage cans.
I also enjoy the variety of activities and snacks.
Every one of the staff are so welcoming and friendly! Seats are very comfortable and recline. Popcorn is fresh and plenty of butter to add on. I’ve been there many times that some of the staff greet me by name, which makes it more homey to me!

It just felt like an effortless movie experience. Great seats, good food and drinks, loved the happy hour experience, and the $5 movie nights. Lots of parking! A 10/10 overall.

As the former Grand, it was always too expensive to buy snacks for our kids. I still think the kids meal is pretty high, but I was happy that the two large drinks and a large popcorn was $25. While that is still outrageous in my opinion, I did like that it was all refillable. I know it's a business and I love that you guys do the cheap movie days, I just wish y'all had cheaper snacks on that day as well. As someone who is low income right now it's super hard for me to take our kids to the movies more than every few months. If it was more affordable I'm sure you guys would make more money because more people would come.
