Met Opera in HD at the Santikos Theater is a wonderful experience. It features recliners, comfortable seats, a large screen, and, most importantly, great sound.
It's close by, and I go to Santikos for better rewards. Rewards were great a while back, but not now. I could get enough points for a FREE movie. I don't drink sodas or eat popcorn. It's TOO pricey.
Going to Santikos as a family is one of our favorite outings. And the rewards program is amazing! We love Santikos.
Quick, professional and got my points credited to my account correctly. I do wish the staff at the theater would ask us if we had an account when we buy tickets or food and I wouldn't have to do all the run around afterward to get points onto my account. This is the 2nd time we've gone to this theater and no one again asked us. I did ask when we bought our tickets how we could get tickets at purchase and she took my phone number, but I had to ask her first. Our main theater is Cinemark, and it's so simple to get points on my account...it's just a scan of a qr code on my phone. This would be great if Santikos could come up with something so simple like this for its members. But for the one that helped me get points this time, they were great! Thanks so much!

The spacing and comfort of the leather recliners makes it and enjoyable theater experience!

I just love this theater. It’s never really packed and I’m in and out concession quickly and who doesn’t love the seats.

Our family had a great experience with the staff and facilities at the Santikos Mayan Theater celebrating our son's 14th birthday. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant helpful and accommodating. The Manager, his name was Dave was helpful and answered all my questions. And Ethan was an excellent host. I would highly recommend the Mayan theater to anyone interested in Santikos Mayan theater events!

We had a great time however not having trash cans at the exit of the movie theater showing was different
The cashier Ava was very professional and sweet she made recommendations. And was very pleasant.
Pleasant staff, clean restrooms, comfortable seats, and the popcorn tasted good.
The facility is very nice. The screen and sound is excellent. However during the winter months,
the heat need to be on so that theatre is not cold.
