We see a movie every Monday
Normally we go to Casa Blanca. 10/10. It's large and has a more city feel. Westlake has a more small town feel. It's tiny, but that makes it better in some ways. Less crowded.
I love the self-serve popcorn at Westlake. Potential improvement would be to also have those little cheese powder cups like Casa Blanca has.
We only saw 1 movie so far at Westlake so I'm not the best judge of the theater. But, so far, absolutely awesome. 10/10.
The people are friendly and always thank the military for their service. I enjoy coming to Santikos and appreciate the hospitality shown to me and my fellow Veterans not only for military Mondays but every time I go. Thank you Santikos for valuing our service to our country.

We were greeted with a welcome and were given a great discount. that really helps cause I take my granddaughter 2/3 times a week she is autistic so we usally stay 15/30 minutes

Everyone is Friendly. The movie theater is clean. The concessions are also clean and food is good.

I like the seats in the movies I like my popcorn but they was not hot so I think you should pop to order so it don't go to waste I like the alcohol beverages but I think they should just have a original magarita instead of all flavors and get different beers for sales purpose. And they should get hotdogs with chili and nachos I didn't see on the menu. But overall my experience was still good.

Love self serve popcorn and butter. Love the seating and how welcoming space is but more importantly love the fact that santikos supports our community programs.
Wish you would provide filming of our local films creators to encourage them to do more local stuff.
From the cleanliness of the facilities to the quality customer service I never have NEVER had a. Bad experience at a Santikos in San Antonio.

The customer service was great from the event planning and the host that checked in on us during the party. He made sure everything was going well and if we needed anything, to let him know.
The ease of purchasing a ticket. Staff members had smiles on their faces. Drink station was clean! Great movie!
We like the layout of the theaters and the seating. The staff is very friendly as well. Jeremy has been there for years and always recognizes us and discusses the movies.
I love coming here. It’s big and beautiful and the employees are very nice and don’t have that dead eye expression like they don’t want to be there. They are happy oh and the food is delicious.
