The gentleman who came to fix my fridge was very courteous and made sure to complete the work order thoroughly and quickly. He cleaned up any leaked water and checked the baseboards in the fridge nook to ensure there was no additional damage that would require fixing. My cat was curious about what he was doing, and he was nice. He petted my cat instead of trying to shoo him away, which I thought was sweet.
Our host was great and took care of everything!

Clean theatre, staff was friendly and courteous. Seating was spaced comfortably. Will be going back soon!!

Santikos has been consistently clean, the food and popcorn is always fresh and delicious.The staff is super kind and helpful, we just love it here over all the other theaters.

The theater experience was very good ! Me and my mom came to see a movie during the week it was a breeze to get snacks and get comfy. We enjoyed our movie and the staff were very kind.

My pppcorn & snacks were great! The lobby was clean, theater I watched my movie on was clean. It was just a very cold temperature while watching the movie.
Almost everything, employees are always friendly and helpful if needed. Theatres and restrooms are always clean, the food is good, especially the all you can eat popcorn. Food prices are a little to high but that's to be expected at any theater. The sound system, and I guess digital movies are always good.
What I don't like is the outside ticket machines are closed with only 2 inside and not being able to use cash.

Polite staff and a great environment. I rented a theater to have my wife's birthday party and it was wonderful. We go regularly and have a great time each time.

I love coming here! The rewards are great and the staff are friendly. The whole place is clean drink machines always work and popcorn is always hot! Also love that we can use as much butter as we want!
