What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theater was comfortable. Projection was perfect. I do wish you accepted cash, but that is a minor issue. I just don’t like having many small charges on my card.

What i didnt like was i picked the seats row D seats 1&2 and seat 2 did not work so I couldn't recline like everyone. So, yes I was disappointed thru out the whole movie.

The theaters are sized just right; tickets are easy to buy as well as the snacks. The self-serve part is nice. And the seating is very comfortable and spaced well.

We enjoy the ease of selecting our seating online. I have trouble with stairs so this is a big deal. The theatre is always clean and snack bar lines are reasonable.
As much as I enjoy it, I don’t think we should be charged a convenience fee when we order using the app. Absolutely everything is over priced at the snack bar.

I enjoy the reclining seats, my wife enjoys the heated seats in the GPX theatre, I actually dread any of the other theatres if a movie isn’t being shown in the GPX
