I love the convenience of self serving our popcorn and drinks. This recent visit, the poocorn was not fresh and tasted very stale, I brought a friend with me to Santikos and it was their first experience and unfortunately due to the popcorn tasting like it had been made some time ago, we didn’t finish our large bucket, only 1/3 was eaten.
Staff was personable and extremely helpful, without being asked. I lost my debit card and id in the seat and the employee cleaning the theater offered to turn on the lights and help me look under the seats.

Great theater with great team members! Very spacious and comfortable seating. We like that we don’t have to look around others heads to be able to see the movie.

Mostly dislike the seats in the actually IMAX theatre and never go there.
Not a fan of self-serve popcorn as they keep it filled even on slow midweek matinee days, so not hot or fresh.
FWIW, coke taste mix in Icee machines has been ‘off’ for a number of weeks.
I go weekly.
Theatre is always easy to go to . Crowd is not to heavy . I would recommend making it look a bit more cleaner .

The comfortable chairs and timing of movies. Also I love going late because it’s never crowded when I go.
