I like the chairs :) I think the drinks are crazily overpriced though
The place was comfortable, clean, and spacious.
Went with the family and enjoyed our selves immensely.
I like that there’s no weight. Most areas are clean. Also, they had a big range of movies to see. We played video games while we waited for the movie time.
The inconveniences we encountered,
the video game second player was disconnected. But the gun was still there so trying to get it to activate. I swiped too many times on the game. We ended up switching places. I couldn’t see how I could cancel all the swipes I did. I have noticed every time I come back, though, there’s toilets, just full of mess. The rest of the bathroom is clean though.
The theater is always clean and the service is always great, along with the theater having an Imax which we love

Santikos Silverado is great especially since they remodeled. Every theater has recliner seats. The staff are awesome. They are professional, personable, friendly and funny. I go there about 4 times a month so they know exactly what food item I will order…the golden combo. Love the place and employees.

The Alabaster locations is the best theater I have been to so far. The recliner seats are 10/10, the place is clean, and the customer service is great.

Well, I’m always treated well when I go to the movies and we always get what we need and the theaters are always clean and everyone is so courteous

Overall love the theater and the team that.rums this.location. We do dislike the new popcorn method. The consistency of freshness and proper seasoning is.poor. The theater seats are already showing heavy wear and are very thin, sometimesuncomfortable.
