In general the facility is in good shape and service is good. Some seats need refreshing and the menu could use updating.

The experience at Silverado was great. I hadn't been there in several years and the transformations to the theater were significant.

We really love the Santikos company and the different Services you offer. We especially love the Mystery Movie Monday that happens at the embassy location. Please keep stuff like that happening!

The theatre was nice and clean. There were plenty of open registers when purchasing our drinks and popcorn. My children especially enjoyed the Coke soda fountain with the variety of flavors. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE to Pepsi!

I liked filling my own popcorn bowl with popcorn and butter! What a nice surprise when I and my mom saw the change.

Very clean, staff is always nice, multiple movies to choose from, movie chairs are awesome, great way to get out house have a few snacks and enjoy the show.

Loved thee movie Melania. It wouldn't be the same on a small screen. Plus I love getting out of the house with friends. I am 85 years old.

Overall, mostly well maintained buildings

The new app is clearly a downgrade when compared to the previous one

With mostly positive things to say, this is my favorite theater chain by a mile
