The quality of the classes, the competence of the instructors, their friendliness and approachability
Easy to use. Practical
Great staff and lovely environment!
I find the constantly holding poses for long periods taxing on my injured muscles. There is little to no flow in the classes which takes away from the relaxing, but hard work out I have had with previous studios I have gone to. I also feel like it is catered to young, uninjured people and there was no discussion about any possible injuries I may have had which I have had every other studio I have been at for 20 years ask about.
Convenient times and good range of instructors
Great atmosphere and Vicki is a wonderful teacher.
Need a class specifically for first timers and not "beginners" who go every week or two.
The class was great but repeating slowly an instruction and/or what weight the springs equal more consistently would be helpful.
Instead of "for this exercise if needed go to a lower weight spring..."
Say "select the red spring if you want a lighter weight for this exercise."
It sounds silly but half way through the class I'd forgotten completely what they each weighed, so every generic "change your spring to light or heavy, up to you" instruction wasn't helpful to the newbie in the corner lol.
Also when I was asking what colour was lighter so I could swap, she had to urgently stop me because I was about to remove the only spring attached. She said if I removed it I would go flying and hurt myself. Perhaps this would be a good FYI instruction to give to newbies BEFORE they get on a machine lol. Might sound obvious but to people who have never even seen a machine before (me) it sadly isn't lol. Thanks.
Nice surroundings, good teacher

The teacher was amazing and the general vibe of the studio was really welcoming and relaxing.
I find the vibe at your studio quite full on. I also find there’s great variability in the quality of classes depending on the teacher. I basically only come to Sarah Routhier’s classes - she’s technically skilled and makes sure to remind people of the important things to avoid injury.
Too many people having “chats” in yoga room before class. I have also noticed more people using spray deodorants in dressing rooms . I recommended a friend try BML and she found the room too heated. I had to agree. Could their be some classes without heating. I believe we generate our own heat in yoga. I feel that some people are treating BML like a gym and not a yoga space.
Nothing so far.
Services are great! Only reason why I am moving is I need to change up my routine
I love how in the yoga classes you get to learn a skill
So friendly so professional the space is the nicest studio ive been to. Sam Hann's class is epic! I loves how he doesnt have music, he has the right mix or western and eastern philosophy, talk of the purpose of the class (strength, arm balances) humour and sweat. Left feeling inspired not just as a teacher myself but a student.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great environment
Genuine yoga experience. Good facilities
Beautiful Studio, amazing teachers, good number of classes through out the day. Calming yoga environment.
My comment is more in relation to people have phone’s and bags in the yoga room. Extremely disappointing when you hear a phone ringing or vibrating in the yoga room. Apart from this I love the yoga space and teachers
I found the class challenging and a great work out which is a positive. But the instructor was very “clicky” with the participants. It was a very small class and I was new, she didn’t make me feel welcomed but rather somewhat inadequate during the class. She was more focused on having banter and chatting with one of the other girls in the class. The exercises weren’t explained and I wasn’t supported to complete them to the best of my ability despite this being my very first time doing Pilates ever not just at this studio, which the instructor was aware of. She didn’t follow up with my after or offer any encouragement.
Debbie is a beautiful teacher, your classes are enjoyment
I love almost everything about this place, from the frequency of the classes to the excellent knowledge and approach of the teachers. It's just a lot louder than many yoga schools in the lobby and waiting areas, and sometimes the pilates music is booming. I find sounds and noise stressful. I'd like more of a sanctuary atmosphere that's calming after a day at work.
