There appears to be excellent experienced yoga teachers being replaced by more inexperienced teachers.
This is quite disappointing. For example, I used to look forward to my Thursday Essentials class with Danielle Walker, now she's gone.
We seek teachers that we relate to. When they go missing with no explanation it doesn't fill one with confidence.

I think fees are quite high if you can't participate to the class which you have booked. I understand situations where customer just skip the class without good reason. But at least for me the reason is basicly always that I have to stay over time at the work or I get suddenly sick. Both can happen within six hours and every time it's a bummer to skip a class, of course. And when fees applies it feels even more frustrating. But of course I understand reasons why fees are existing.
But otherwise BodyMindLife is a really good studio to practise pilates and yoga!
Have more yoga classes in the morning before work - a class at 6.30am Monday to Friday, perhaps a class at 6.15am too.
You could also allow people who have committed to paying a whole year their own locker.
You should ensure the water is always filled up in the water heater so everyone can have tea when they arrive.
And you should ensure that substitute teachers have a good class planned - last time I had a sub she made us repeat the same sequence for about 15 minutes which was extremely boring and lazy on her part.
I also think you should have more space in the showers to hang your clothes.
Another suggestion is to have shorter classes over lunch breaks - 45 minutes for example. So people can go during their lunch breaks.

Make the website a bit easier to navigate. Perhaps discounts for recommending a friend or joint members in a household

Put on more Foundations classes (the Monday night classes are pretty full). Have more Foundations classes on in the morning before work - i.e. 6.30-7.30. For large classes, make sure there are enough blocks/straps etc.
