Staff, teachers all excellent to date. Ash I think, a blonde woman with glasses was super helpful and understanding. Thanks! Christian's class was really good. The pilates teacher was really helpful too.
I understand you don't want to use mind-body app because you've got a solid business and they probably charge a lot, but I found your booking system very slow to load, and there is a learning curve to get up to speed which could frustrate people trying you out.
You might want to tell people who join upfront you're not on Mind Body, I spend maybe 20-30 minutes searching for you - their search feature is not great.
Because you're so popular and Covid it's really hard to book into most things but Ash really helped with that.
Oh, I'd love a Sunday evening Yin class too and prefer prefer the longer harder hotter classes.

It was my first class at BML and I'm new to reformer. There was no introduction, no guidance, no help, nothing. I left very disappointed and unwanted.
The most inspiring, passionate and knowledgeable teachers: kat, sarah, rachel, andy and noelle.

It’s probably only me but I find many of the Pilates instructors very boring. We need more instructors like chrissen hall who is my absolute favourite, Monique, Vee and Chelsea. Unfortunately they do not seem to have many classes on.
Ideally I would like to do back to back yoga and Pilates classes but the timetables do not typically accommodate this.

Im new to the studio as I received a voucher for my birthday as a gift. I love the studio, but the staff really need some training in customer service. I did not get any intro or welcome to the studio on my first visit, having to find my way to class, toilets etc. I found the instructor rude & unfriendly on my second visit & 3rd class I booked into was cancelled. And Im not sure its been rectified via email as offered, as I havent received an email yet to credit the class.

Booking application works quite poorly and cannot show last bookings and experience at the desk trying to solve this at both BodyMindLife Redfern and Surry Hills was quite bad with the feeling I was treated as having done something wrong (while I was expecting to be treated as a client/customer)

The range of class types and times; although there is always room for more. The Kirrawee family has a good mix of quality teachers who all have a slightly different style, of course.

It is a fantastic studio, my only problem is I can't afford $90 a fortnight. However, that is not a you problem, that is a me problem. :)
All of it. The teachers, and Amy, are excellent.
If I had one request, it would be more 9.30am morning classes, and possibly a Friday afternoon class. My wife and I both practice at the studio. At the moment, the only opportunity we have to practice is in the evenings - I work early mornings. As parents, that means one of us is always left having to fed, shower, and put to bed our kids alone, which is hard.
I really love this studio. I am so glad it has re-opened. I will continue to come back!

Friendly staff good community and pretty studio
I’ve just come back to the bondi studio for the first time in 12 months- the space looks beautiful and the new studio manager MJ is exceptional!

The cost per class is high.
Also, I was really disappointed to find out that the 10 class pass which I purchased in July last year expired after 6 months. I hadn't realised that it only lasted for 6 months, assuming it was for 12 months as is the case with other dance/yoga places I attend - I had not used up all my classes in the six month period due to a demanding period of working from home and looking after my young daughter, with my partner currently overseas due to the covid-context.
I strongly recommend that an email be sent when the pass is purchased, with the terms and conditions, as well as a reminder email, for example within a month of the expiry of the pass. I note as an example that the Sydney Dance Company sends a reminder when you only have one class left on a pass, so that you are aware of the balance and the expiry date.
