The original quote for the whole house was $185. Completely good job and happy with that. Added additional throw rug on living room tile and charged me additional $115. Totally surprised by amount given the original charges for the whole house. Did good job just surprised by up charges.
This was the second time I used zerorez. I was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned between 8 and 10. You called just before ten to tell me you wouldn't be able to make it. At the time you promised to give me a great deal for rescheduling. I rescheduled for 4:30 and you were late for that appointment. The first time you did my carpets the young man worked on getting the high traffic area as clean as the rest of the carpet. The person who did them this time was more once and done. He must have been ready to go home since it was the end of the day. I mentioned it and he disregarded my comment. It came time to pay and there was no discount. I mentioned that and his reply was that he didn't know anything about it and that was that. So much for keeping your word.
