The first room was done well. The next 2 rooms were awful. The carpet still shows stains and spots. It does not look like it was even cleaned. What a waste of time and money

It would be great if you could warn about carpet rippling and let customers know the rippling does go down after it's completely dried. Also, it would have been nice to have a warning on the amount the pet treatment would be. It cost me double the amount I was originally quoted and I had no idea it would be so expensive.
I thought it was a little high priced for the area rug in the living room. The last time I had it cleaned it was $33 a room and that area rug was considered a room. I've been using Zerorez long before they came to St. George. I lived in St. Louis, Missouri and I used them all the time. I was just surprised at the $50.00 charge.
