It doesn’t smell right in my house since I had the carpets cleaned. And they missed some spots that had food spills. The carpet if crunchy in those spots. It took 12 hours to dry too. I don’t think I’ll use you guys again.
The communication was great. Everything scheduled on line, calls to confirm appointment and another call 15 minutes to arrival. All good. However, carpet does not look or smell clean. The carpet stayed wet for several hours, beyond the 4-6 hr quoted. The stairs stayed wet even longer. I was surprised at how quick the carpet was cleaned. Not enough time spent on cleaning, extracting, and it was not zerorez. I was hoping for something better. Sincerely, First name removed

My carpet gets really clean. This time it took an unusually long time for the carpets to dry. Walking in stocking feet still got my socks wet after 7 hours, and there were still a couple of wet spots over 24 hours after the job was completed.
Fast, efficient and fair priced. I had stains that other carpet cleaners couldn't remove, even after repeated visits. Zerorez removed the stain the very first time here. I always ask for Josh because he does an excellent job.

We had a rug that was in the hallway at garage entrance. It was literally black with dirt. After the cleaning, it was like brand new!!! Amazing how clean it got. We will certainly use this company again, and will definitely recommend to others!

Don’t tell me my rugs will be dry in 4-6 hours. It been 30 hours and carpets are still wet in the stairs! It’s taken a long time to dry!!!!
I am a huge proponent of non-toxic cleaning and personal care formulations. I appreciate that my carpet and granite are now clean, but there was no residual chemical odor. My nose is very sensitive to that. We have had Zerorez come to our home three times now. We have had a good experience with scheduling, the cleaners who come, and the results, so we will continue to use their services.
