Always friendly and ready to help staff. Facility is always clean and that includes the locker room and rest room, showers. The one issue left to complete is improve is the parking area. As a senior with winter setting in It is getting increasingly difficult to navigate.
Great gym
Great selection of equipment and free-weights. A second floor of more or the same in case the downstairs gets crowded. It's never been crowded to the point I can't workout. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Fitness Factory has great equipment, it's clean, and it isn't over crowded. It's terrific.

It is a very comprehensive club with something for everyone. Plus the locker rooms are very stocked with lots of products to make your time there well spent.

Need a new air dryer, Shower bars in the showers& paper towels in the exercise room upstairs. Also, get a power plate machine. It is wonderful. Love the classes
