I have a friend who is caring for her aging mother and I did already tell her we are now getting the support for my mom. The support is not only for mom, but in the end also for me as I was increasingly feeling overwhelmed. Now I no longer need to be always available. And mom is for the time still able to stay in her own home, which is what she wants.
Nurse Next Door came to our rescue. My husband’s 101 year old mother began a very rapid decline, going from a high rate of independence to a state of confusion and physical unsteadiness. We realized she needed 24 hour care, we didn’t know where to turn. Nurse Next Door was suggested to us. We were contacted very quickly... a wonderful case manager, Chelvy, was assigned to us. That day, she found us a PSW who took over, charmed our mother and we went home to rest. Since then we have been impressed with the caregivers professionalism but most of all their kindness dealing with this sweet, old lady. Thank you

Very good experience with Deanne as we were getting care organized at first. Good updates re schedules.
One time part of scheduled care was cancelled by NND on short notice ( PSW called in sick). We managed but that could be a very big problem for a client in need).
I haven’t seen caregivers in action but my father and his wife have not complained.

I needed someone to come and pick my father up for a couple of hours while the building he lives in had to do some work. With no hesitation,they had a nurse come and pick him up and take him out for a few hours. I am simply grateful for their quick response and courtesy.

Compassionate thoughtful care
The past few weeks no one has showed up for my dad's care
Manager did not return calls
Company switched owners - just found out they were suppose to notify me and have me sign a new contract - neither has been done
They have been great with my father and always show up on time. He is very happy with them
Shayanne in particular was absolutely amazing. Responsive, caring and went way out of her way to make sure my Mom was ok, even caring for her on her day off.
