we had a great experince from the Newzealand man that first answered the phone. to the nurse that came a few hours later and the young PSW that stayed over night two nights in a row. My Mother - in - law really like the PSW. I think she had only been working for you for a short time. the owner of the francise came with the PSW on the first visit.

Silvia is my caregiver and does a great gob, she understands all my needs and works with me.
When it is time for food or pills she asked me if I want them and based on my answer she makes or give me what I need and I take it or eat it .That is a person how cares. I have never been in the situation I am in now but thank god for her.
