I have always had immediate responses to my phone queries and have enjoyed my relations with all the staff . Even if my Mom did not relate to the caregivers I think the agency has done a terrific job in selecting and training g their people.

The communication between management and us is great, management open to feedback from us and decisions regarding scheduling staff is a team effort .
