Beginning with the staff being happy and helpful while actually liking the pets. A nice clean building with plenty of space for the pets. We have always felt Chris and his staff put the pets along with the owners as a priority.

I like the convenient location to major highways and that the staff is very easy and pleasurable to deal with. What's more important though is that my dog, Jade, feels comfortable there. She has stayed at another place that is more convenient for us, but didn't like it. I also like the fact that you have someone there 24/7 to keep an eye on things.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they learn your pet's name and individual needs quickly. The facility is extremely clean and organized. I like the daily schedule that the dogs maintain- it a good mix of play and downtime. I also like that there are webcams available so I can check in on my dog throughout the day to make sure he's doing ok. It's a great place- my dog loves going here.
The people who work here are the best! The CCTV works. I can count on great care for my dogs when they stay there. They love the outdoor play groups but also the indoor when weather is not good. Never had a problem with aggressive dogs in play groups. Cleanliness and neatness are consistent. Appreciate a bath time when applicable.
Boarding - we like that we can monitor the girls in their kennel from our devices on chrome browser, we appreciate the extra care and attention our little blind girl, Charlotte, gets from the care staff. We also love that the girls can go to playgroup and run around and we can monitor them during that time. We appreciate the care the staff takes to prepare meals per my instructions and give eye drops several times a day as well!

I like the pet botique for the smaller animals. They have their own separate area and it is much quieter.

Love the boarding program and so does my little Westie, Chase! Love being able to see him on camera. When he comes home he is exhausted but happy. We will be bringing him back again soon. Thank you so much for all you do!
