Your staff was friendly and knowledgeable and always accommodating. Facilities were clean and open. Fletch was not experienced with boarding or playing with groups of dogs but seemed to be having a good time when I viewed him on the webcam(once he figured out what to do).
The homecoming bath was a nice touch!

First of all … our dog Reggie isn’t the easiest dog but is always doing well at all american . So that is for us the most important thing . The staff knows him by now and will look out for him as needed . Thanks for that .

Love that there is someone always there and the 24/7 pick up and drop off, as it helps me to minimize the amount of time my dog is away from home.

I like the day care anytime drop off and pickup! I would like a report of how he did, or if he ate! I have a 12 lb yorkie, he always seems to like to go there! That’s a big plus!
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They give my pet the attention she deserves and the facilities are clean, well kept and modern. I really appreciate the 24/7 hours of operation and the convenient location. If I had anything really to mention that is a slight negative, it would be the pricing for the services that are provided. Other than that, I wish they had more locations for this rapidly developing area. They have already expanded, and I see more expansion ahead in the future to meet the demand. Keep up the great service and care that you an provide.

Long play periods
We used your daycare as a precursor to boarding, a first for us. Everyone in your facility was professional and patient with us and our dogs. Onto boarding in December!

What I like best is being able to pick Cooper up anytime, and not having to worry about him getting out. This happened with my other dog at a private home and I never saw him again. Needless to say I'm very paranoid about leaving my baby. All of the staff is very professional and the facility is immaculate.

I thought my dogs got great care. And having the web cams available 24/7 to be able to watch them in their space and during playtime was very reassuring.

We love the attention and care you show to all your furry clients and the fact that you know their names and their personalities is most impressive.
We wish we could see our cavapoo in the side playground but the camera is too far away to make that happen. Yet we know she's having a ball, getting lots of exercise and making new friends.
