It's been too many years since we last rented suits. When we went in for the IHS Prom, there were a LOT of people. But your staff was very cool and efficient. The QR code was a great idea to make it easier to preload information you will need from us and get use in que. R is allergic to wool and it was a comfort that you had a lovely linen suit for him. Your team was very very kind and supportive to him looking for attire that would match his iconic hat. It was also a delight to see your people as a team. Supportive, kind to each other. You have a very well trained team.

I called from Saudi Arabia to reserve a suit in Las Vegas. I spoke with the store manager, Armondo. He walked me through the measurement process and provided a few styling options over the phone. When I arrived at the store for the fitting, the staff was attentive and organized. As I went through the fitting process, “Mondo” assisted me personally. Amazing professionalism and salesmanship. He shared the stores history and how satisfying it was for him to work there. The suit fit perfectly and the event was amazing, in part, due to the exceptional service provided by Mondo and his staff.
