Your staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional, Zen (Montclair) was the associate that helped me, she fit me perfectly, which is hard to do, I was very comfortable in my clothing for the entire day.. I will never go anywhere else when I need formal attire! Great fit, fast service, excellent staff and no issues, what more can you ask for. This was for my son's wedding and I received nothing but compliments on the way I looked.

My son needed a suit for a Saturday. We went in on a Monday and customer service took us right in and took care of us very quick and smooth transaction and when we picked up the suit on Wednesday, everything was perfect. The suit looked really nice brand new I was very pleased with the whole thing highly recommend to anybody Who needs a suit or a tux.

I was really impressed with the customer service and attention to detail at the Arcadia location. The entire staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Everything was fine, although I wish you had a more classic, looser fitting pants. The relaxed slim fit still felt tight and restrictive.
Lots of options for style and colors. Arrived a week before the event and they had everything ready in 3 days and allowed for additional alterations if needed. The vest, shirt, pants, and bow tie came together nicely. Price is fair. Easy and quick service. The girl assisting us seemed fairly new and not as familiar with the products. But other than that we will use friar tux again. I’ve already referred them to friends

Great service, very attentive, professional, and efficient. Michael I think was his name, (asian dude with the long hair) was excellent, helping me out with anything I needed and answering all my questions despite having several other customers to attend to at the same time.
