I was happy with the service all around. It was fast and quick. Staff answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed to know as far as went to return the tax and their hours of operation, etc. If I could make one suggestion, it would be that if part of the order for example the shirt for my youngest son was not ready, I wished I would’ve gotten a phone call to come after a specific time so I could pick up the entire TUX shirt, shoes, etc.. I drove to pick it up and was told to come back a little bit later in the afternoon.

Wanted to extend a thank you for great service with the Friar tux experience I had in Arcadia. The suits looked and fit great for my big day and the process to get from fitting to pick up was seamless for all my groomsmen and the fathers.

Friar Tux helped me when I was in a bind! I needed a tuxedo for a wedding in a couple of days. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable and helped measure me. The tuxedo was ready the next day! Everyone said that I looked great! I was happy with the value that I received.

Not only was Friar Tux conveniently located, but they also had a great selection of options to choose from. Most importantly, the customer service was fantastic! Even though the store was quite busy, the staff were friendly, well-organized and worked quickly to accommodate each party in a timely manner. The garments arrived at the promised date and time. Although an adjustment needed to be made to the size of a shirt, the replacement was in-store the following day. I would definitely recommend Friar Tux for future events.
