$325 for entering a few items into a computer and having it spit out a report that is worthless. I get it is a requirement to sell a house in bend but I don’t believe you are required to charge $325 for providing absolutely nothing of importance.

The inspector Ivo was very thorough and he explained things as he conducted the inspection. The ease with booking an appointment. The report was well written and returned in a timely manner.

What a great experience! As an uninformed new home owner, trying to ensure my property was a good purchase, they took the time to breakdown everything for me.
