Suite à l'observation de fissures sur la fondation jai demandé à l'inspecteur si il avait procéder une lecture du taux d'humidité sur les murs du sous-sol et il m'a dit non. Je lui ai demandé que je voudrais avoir au moins quelques mesures sur le taux d'humidité et qu'il y retourne. Il ma répondu qu'il allait demandé à son patron et me rappeler.
Après 1 semaine il n'a même pas pris la peine de me rappeler.
Je n'ai été satisfait du service, j'aurais aimé plus de professionnalisme et je déconseillerai votre compagnie.
